Urgent Withdraw

If you change your mind after participating in a presale and want to withdraw your funds back, you can use the "Urgent Withdrawal" button for a penalty fee of 10% of your funds.

Instructions as below:

Step 1: Click on the “Urgent Withdrawal" button from the Presale pool you have joined.

Step 2: Your wallet will now ask you to confirm the transaction. It will also show you the fee you must pay for that transaction. If you agree, click the “Confirm” button to finish the process.

Notes:

• Urgent Withdrawal takes 10% of your fund as the penalty fee.

• You can use the "Urgent Withdrawal" button anytime before the presale ends.
